AI4GEO/CAMCATT Airborne hyperspectral visible/NIR/SWIR data =============================================== During the AI4GEO/CAMCATT field campaign, airborne acquisitions were carried out on 15 June 2021 at around 11am (UTC) over Toulouse, France, using 2 passive cameras and a 3D-LiDAR scanner system mounted on board the Safire ATR42 aircraft (flight altitude ~1500 m AGL) to collect: • Hyperspectral visible/NIR/SWIR imagery • Multispectral thermal infrared imagery • 3D point cloud This data was completed by the CAMCATT ground-based experiment which ran from 14 to 28 June 2021 to collect optical properties, land surface temperature and air temperatures at ground level. Hyperspectral imagery was acquired with a AISA FENIX 1K camera collecting data from the visible to the shortwave infrared [0.38 - 2.5 µm] in 420 spectral bands. The provided dataset is divided in 25 tiles. Camera calibration was achieved in lab and controlled during the flight when passing over reference targets. Atmospheric correction was done with COCHISE, using atmospheric profiles from METEO-FRANCE and aerosols in situ measurements provided by a CIMEL spectroradiometer. Ortho-rectification was achieved thanks to DEM provided by RGE ALTI 1m database of IGN. Camera caracteristics: - Swath: 1024 m - Ground Sample Distance: 1 m - Spectral resolution: * ~3.6 nm between 380 - 970 nm * ~7.8 nm between 970 - 2500 nm =============================================== License : Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA) 4.0 Contacts: - Philippe Déliot, philippe.deliot@onera.fr, ONERA/DOTA Product content : - Ortho-rectified tiles (UTM 31N) provided in surface reflectance in ENVI (.bsq) format with their associated header files (.hdr) Remarks : - After ortho-rectification of the data, there may still be small geometrical discrepancies in the dataset. Users are strongly advised to check the data for their area of interest and apply correction if necessary - The central wavelength and FWHM of each band is provided in the header file (.hdr) associated to each tile - Additional information or other processing levels may be available on request
